Jeff Blume is the Owner and main operator of Quality Stain & Epoxy, he has been operating in the decorative concrete industry for over a decade. He has developed a rigid standard for ultimate quality through his time in the field with propriety techniques and premium products. He has created a business that strives and flourishes through referrals and repeat cliental, serving all of Texas, based out of Bulverde, TX. With the aim to create durable, updated, easy to clean, beautiful floors, he also seeks to create a relationship that you can count on and trust. He was born in San Antonio, Tx and raised in Castroville Tx.
